1. Change of mind

Because every Corvian product is delivered instantly as a digital download and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on any plan or product. Please use the free tools we provide to decide before buying: browse the full library, download three complete free samples, and read the plain-English license.

2. The 30-day implementation guarantee — All-Access and standalone courses

We stand behind the system, not just the files. If you join and genuinely put the system to work, and it still wasn’t worth it, we’ll refund you in full. To claim within 30 days of purchase, email [support email] with:

• Evidence you completed the core modules of Digital Ecommerce Mastery (your course progress is visible in your account);
• A link to at least one product you rebranded and published for sale (any platform); and
• A sentence or two on what didn’t work for you.

Claims meeting these conditions are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 business days, and membership access ends. We read every claim personally.

3. What voids the guarantee

• Bulk extraction. Download activity inconsistent with genuine use — such as mass-downloading large portions of the library shortly after purchase — is treated as an attempt to copy the library, not use it, and voids the guarantee.
• License or terms breaches, including account sharing or redistributing raw files.
• Repeat purchasing and refunding.

4. Faulty or misdescribed products — your legal rights

Separately from the guarantee above: if a product is faulty, doesn’t match its description, or isn’t fit for its stated purpose, you’re entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund) under the consumer protection laws where you live. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Email [support email] and we’ll put it right.

5. Buyers in the EU and UK

At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins, as permitted under EU and UK consumer law. Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content are unaffected.

6. Individual Mega Packs and one-off products

Mega Packs and other one-off digital products are final sale once delivery begins — they’re delivered in full at the moment of download, so please use the free samples and library previews to decide first. Statutory rights (section 4) always apply. Upgrade credit: if you purchase All-Access within 30 days of buying a Mega Pack, email support and we’ll credit the pack price toward your All-Access purchase.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — nearly every issue is resolved faster by email. Disputes filed without contact are answered with our records, including delivery and download logs.
